Snowmen with borders

Don't look too closely. LOL This is what happens when you hurry, as I always seem to do. My points are cut off and my binding is not how I would ultimately like it, but it's almost ready to hang for the holiday. I still need to quilt three sides. I decided to handquilt this one since Sheryl did such a great job hand appliquing the center. I'd forgotten how relaxing it is to handquilt. The first few quilts I made were handquilted but since I found out I can crank them out with the sewing machine, I've not done it. So, I can take this with me and work on it inbetween customers.

Catching up as usual LOL! Sounds like your dad is doing well - I'm so glad! This is a darling little Christmas hanging. Did you get it finished in time for the holiday? I hope so. I'm with you - hand quilting is very relaxing. I love to hand quilt.
