A new "flimsy"

I've finished the disappearing 9-patch top. I opted not to put any borders on. It will make a nice size lap quilt. I get so lazy when it comes to putting on borders.

What a yucky day. Well, not really. But, I had a yucky headache all day. I woke up at 3 a.m. with this pain so I got up and took some Aleve. Went back to bed praying it would be better when I awoke. It wasn't. After my shower, I took some sinus meds and that helped some. Every time the weather does something different, my head lets me know.

I haven't decided what to work on next. I suppose I should make a list of the WIPs (works in progress) or UFOs (unfinished objects). I'm just afraid that if I list them, I'll be committed to finish them. Um, I guess that's the idea, huh? Ok, I'll work on that.

I've also finished the Shop Hop online. Now comes the waiting to see if something has been won...

I'll try to work on my list now.

Oh wow! A very cool Disappearing 9-Patch! I love the colors and the effect! Very nice!
By the way, is "flimsy" another word for quilt top? I've noticed that word being used on several blogs.

Love those colors! IT turned out great! I love the disappearing 9 patch and I will have to figure out when I can fit one into my sewing. But I have too many UFO's as it is and I need to clean some of them up before I should add any more. :)

What a pretty quilt. Happy and bright. Can you tell us how to make a disappearing 9 patch?

You used such beautiful fabrics in this and in the hand bag (in previous post). Eye candy!

It looks good without borders.

I understand the headache...I get them too...and sometimes for several days. Hope you're better by now.
